Why should I attend Summit?
Our Chief Marketing and Strategy Officer, Leslie Leach, says it best: "One of the great things about our conferences is that we get together these creative minds, and we’re able to work through some of the very significant challenges that financial services firms are facing. Is there a cost to attend?
Summit is free to attend for Hearsay customers. We hope to see you there!

Is there a dress code?
We recommend business casual clothing. Consider packing a jacket or sweater, as hotel ballrooms can be chilly, and San Francisco’s microclimates mean that having layers always comes in handy. While the city is typically pleasant in April, please check the forecast as we get closer to make sure you’re adequately prepared!
Will transportation be provided?
Please arrange your own transportation between the airport and venue. Transportation will be provided for the offsite activity on Thursday, April 20th.
What if I need to cancel my registration?

to cancel your registration. We’ll miss you, but will follow up with a Summit recap email featuring program highlights.
Will any Summit sessions be streamed?
Summit is an in-person-only event, and sessions will not be streamed. However, we’ll send a post-event email that recaps highlights.
I love to learn, but will there be any fun activities?
Yes! We’re hosting a welcome reception in Beacon Hall of the Beacon Grand on April 19th from 6 to 8 pm. We’ve also arranged a unique offsite activity—a boat cruise of the San Francisco Bay—from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm on April 20th. The stunning views will provide the perfect backdrop for networking with fellow leaders as you enjoy a glass of wine.
Are there any COVID restrictions?
There are no formal restrictions. However, we encourage you to take any measures you wish to feel safe and comfortable at Summit and to be respectful and mindful of others doing the same.
