Hearsay Systems, the trusted global leader in digital client engagement for the financial services industry, today announced that it held its 10th annual Hearsay Summit on April 26. The event brought together the top leaders in financial services technology for valuable keynotes, breakout sessions, and discussions. Speakers included leaders from Allstate, American Family Insurance, Charles Schwab, Fidelity Institutional, Liberty Mutual Insurance, RBC Wealth Management, Wells Fargo, as well as LinkedIn, Meta, and the SEC.
This year’s Summit focused on how the most successful organizations in financial services have been able to navigate pivots, turns, and regulations post-pandemic by embracing technology to accelerate productivity and leverage new channels of client engagement, all while proactively mitigating risk.
In keeping with its theme – The Road Ahead – Hearsay Summit 2022 participants showcased the insights and learnings they’re applying to forge a new path in financial services, fit for a new era.
