SAN FRANCISCO – April 27, 2023 – Hearsay Systems, the trusted global leader in digital client engagement for the financial services industry, today announced that it held its 11th annual Hearsay Summit April 19-21 in San Francisco. The event brought together the top leaders in financial services technology for valuable keynotes, breakout sessions, and discussions. It also highlighted several industry wide changes—from compliance issues to the impact of economic instability—and prepared leaders to tackle challenges head on.
Speakers included industry experts and visionaries from organizations including MassMutual, JPMorgan Chase, RBC, SunLife, Janney, and Equitable; and partners like Salesforce, EY, LinkedIn, Jasper AI, who helped attendees get ahead of client expectations, industry trends, and regulatory shifts.
Hearsay also debuted Content+, an AI-powered solution whereby digital content administrators can design, manage and curate exclusive, compliant third-party content collections within Hearsay Social and Sites, as well as enhanced content recommendation capabilities for advisors. In addition, to generate content in a compliant manner, Hearsay has partnered with Jasper AI through its API program. Jasper’s engine unlocks full writing and summarization capabilities in a highly intuitive manner—in alignment with brand guidelines—by selecting the best AI model from a range of Large Language Models (LLMs).
Another highlight of this year’s Summit was the keynote by former Director of Communications at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Ken Schmidt. Known for his work with many of the world’s most successful brands, Schmidt is a specialist at assisting brands in becoming more memorable and more referred as they build loyalty. His rousing talk explained how a simple mindset shift can help agents and advisors use human behavior fundamentals to spark creativity, create differentiation, and develop personal connections with prospects and customers.
“This year’s Summit was an exciting mix of outside-of-the-box thinking, sharing of lessons learned, and inspiring stories of success and growth,” said Leslie Leach, Chief Marketing & Strategy Officer of Hearsay Systems. “It was impressive to see the commitment our clients have to evolving their programs in ways that elevate their brands, better serve their clients, and prepare their businesses for the future.”
